Representing local and foreign clients in a variety of employment disputes including;

• Claims of reinstatement to employment (arising from dismissals for misconduct;
• In appeal and judicial review proceedings; and
• Civil claims at the various levels of court including to obtain redress for employers.

• Drafting or reviewing applicable human resource documentation including employment contracts, handbooks, human resource policies, personal data notice and consents, to ensure both compliance with local laws and recommended practices.
• Advising on clients on managing various employment matters, including reduction in force exercises, performance management and misconduct.

• Advising and assisting clients to comply with local laws and international standards.
•  Assisting and guiding clients in dealing with forced labour allegations.
