Associate – Real Estate

Skrine is looking to hire Associate – Real Estate
Qualifications:
  • Minimum second upper LLB and where applicable, with BPTC or CLP.
  • Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Job Descriptions:
  • Real estate transaction including sub-sales, land transactions, leases and tenancies.
  • Rendering advice on stamp duty, land instruments, land related consents and land law.
Requirements:
  • 3 – 4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • Experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements for real estate transactions.
  • Experience in retail banking documentation and process.
  • Working experience in medium to large law firms.
  • Strong command in written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Well-versed and able to handle the full process of real estate transactions.
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills.
