Mr Lee\u00a0retired from\u00a0active practice with the firm in 2015. Prior to his retirement, he was Skrine\u2019s Senior Partner as well as Head of the Intellectual Property Division.<\/p>\n
His niche practice is Intellectual Property (IP) law, particularly in Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, Designs and Confidential Information, which started in 1973.<\/p>\n
Since 1992, he has been\u00a0a Notary Public, a public position given by the Attorney General of Malaysia to a limited number of Senior Legal Practitioners in Malaysia.<\/p>\n
