Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media)

Scope Of Work

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be involved in planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, while supporting client growth through creative and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, strategize, and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts with platform-appropriate content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement in a timely manner.

 

Content Planning & Copywriting

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand direction.
  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive content execution.

 

Client Liaison & Reporting

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective digital strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and communication to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Videography & Photography (Advantageous)

  • Plan and execute basic video and photo shoots for social media content.
  • Support the creation of short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional visuals.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure content is engaging and platform-optimized.

 

Meta Advertising

  • Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance, targeting, and budgets to improve campaign results.
  • Analyze data and apply insights to optimize ads and improve ROI.

Job Requirement

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in Meta advertising and campaign reporting.

 

Skills

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Familiar with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience in videography and photography is an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies.

 

Education

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing or Social Media Advertising certifications are a plus.

  • Confident communicator with good client-facing abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and trends.
